STUDENT VOLUNTEERS: High school students seeking community service hours should bring their school’s community service hours sheets for signature on the day of the event.

📋 JOB CONDITIONS

• This is an outdoor event.
• Volunteers may be expected to walk throughout the festival, carry up to 30 lbs, interact with guests, and assist with logistical needs.
• Cell phone required for communication with Volunteer Coordinators.
• Volunteers must be responsible, collaborative, friendly, calm, and comfortable around animals of all kinds.

🐾 GENERAL VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

• All volunteers must report to the First Aid Station (shipping containers by Cornwall Square) upon arrival to receive their assignments and instructions.
• Assist with event setup: placing site markers, setting up booths, transporting materials.
• Direct participants and vendors, help distribute water, and offer short breaks.
• Communicate needs or concerns to the Volunteer Coordinators via text or phone.
• Help with take-down: pack up spaces, assist with tents, and ensure garbage is removed.‍
  • WHAT TO BRING:
    • Refillable water bottle
    • Hat for sun protection‍
    • Lawn chair (great for breaks at your station)‍
    • Money for food or bring a packed lunch‍
    • Comfy clothes and shoes – expect lots of walking!

⭐ SPECIAL VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

• Social Content Crew: Roam the event, capturing candid moments, fun footage, and behind-the-scenes action with vendors and attendees for our social media pages. Use your phone and have fun!‍
• First Aid Heroes: Certified in First Aid/CPR? We’re looking for responsible volunteers to oversee our First Aid Station and assist with emergencies.‍
• Yoga Chicken Whisperer: Yes, this is a real job! Help keep our feathered yoga mascots happy, hydrated, and secure. Familiarity with chickens is a bonus!‍
• Floater Extraordinaire: Jack of all trades? You’ll be our go-to helper! Be ready to assist wherever needed throughout the day.

• Take Down: 13:00 pm to 17:00 pm
• All Day: 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
